Hi Bloggy mates !

This is where I sit & talk to you.

It's also where I do my crafty bits.

It is the hub of the house.

I always wanted a kitchen like this-

children doing their homework

in the kitchen

while I cook....

conversations round the table 

over big pots of food

and several bottles of vino ! 

When we bought a new kitchen table,

a sparkler from Jess's birthday cake

fell onto the table & left a burn mark.

I was so upset,

but my friend quickly said,

" Penny is the first of many

happy memory scars

around this table "

sometimes I do  wonder though,

                                            what it would be like to have one of those kitchens
                                                             they advertise on the telly !
