lovely hips

I got the steroid injection in my hip this morning. Please please please work as pain free would be great.

While the Doctor was getting the paperwork ready, I looked at the computer screen and realised it was my X- ray which I'd never seen before.

I said, "oh that's me " and the Doc smiled and said. " Yes you have lovely hips " I couldn't stop laughing.

Someone spoilt the story later by saying that the good thing about X- rays are that they don't show fat !!!

What compliments have you received recently, however odd ?

    Well I hope you are pain free. I seem to get doctors talking in Greek when they examine me. I doubt it is a compliment.

    Hope the jab works. I have knee and hip pain, although not severe, I do dread it worsening. Can't say I've had any compliments recently and will have to kick my other half up the bum in this regard.

    I hope it helps you. I had the steroid shot, but found out I get quite a reaction from it. My hip will really have to hurt like H*ll
    before I do that again!

    I was once told by a doctor that i had lovely inner ears! Ha! You dont get to hear that everyday! xxx
