big fall out

I have had a disasterous Easter weekend. Suffice to say it was like a build up story exploding in East Enders.

I don't think things can ever be repaired with my nieces.

My husband, son and daughter have been fantastic comforting me in my distress and some friends have really stepped up to listen.

Happy families X

  2. Oh Penny, I'm sorry to hear that you've had a terrible Easter weekend. Families are strange things, but I'm sure that any perceived damage will be repairable eventually, given a bit of time and willingness on everyone's part.

  3. Oh,, Penny. Take it from the original discoverer of "no such thing as a normal family," you're OK. And, time will sort it out. xxoo

  4. Families can give you so much grief can't they. We've had our share with the daughter-in-laws, thank goodness my sons have s understood and stayed faithful to us but I've spent so much time trying to understand just what went wrong.
Hopefully things will sort themselves out in time. hope so.

  9. Yes there's the old saying- this too will pass!

Mind you I'm still standing here on the side of the 'life's road' wondering how long the passing lane is and wishing some things would get a move on a bit more quickly.

    Take care
